Licensed Vocational Nurse
Karrie Hill, LVN
Our new IV Infusion Therapy Nurse Karrie Hill believes in the value of holistic medicine and an integrated health approach to patient care.
Nurse Hill joined us from Tarrant County Public Health Department where she spent four years caring for patients spanning several departments including Epidemiology, Tuberculosis and Adult Health Services. As a Tuberculosis Nurse Investigator, she investigated all reported communicable illnesses and made notifications to Tarrant County Health officials. She educated the community on illnesses and how to prevent the spread of disease.
She enjoyed that role immensely as her passion is providing excellent patient care. That is why she is an incredible asset to our Path to Wellness family due to her personable and compassionate bedside manner. Nurse Hill comes from a long line of family nurses and she loves helping people.
Nurse Hill received her certificate in Vocational Nursing at Midland College in Midland, Texas. Originally from Illinois, she has spent 15 years as a Texan. Hill lives in the local area and is a Mom of two girls who attend school in Fort Worth. Outside of work she is active and loves paddle boarding, yoga and hiking.
Our nurses will be working under our Doctor and Family Nurse Practitioner to care for our Intravenous IV Infusion Therapy patients. Intravenous (IV) therapy is the fastest way to deliver medications, vitamins and fluid replacement throughout the body.
